perfect diet for everyone, we all are different with all different issues and
needs, that’s why before you start, you should ask yourself a few questions:
When – would you like to start – remember the correct answer
is ASAP
Where – are you now with your experience? Have
you ever tried to do it by yourself? What was the result?
What – do you normally eat? What would you be able to resign
from and for how long? What is your health condition?
Who – is
going to help you/motivate you?
How – much time do you want to invest in it? Are you able to
make some permanent changes in your life?
