First step




Hello dear all,
Very often I’ve been asked for help regarding choosing the right diet for individual person, well it’s not that simple as it seems.
There is no perfect diet for everyone, we all are different with all different issues and needs, that’s why before you start, you should ask yourself a few questions:



Why – do you want to start it? Is it to loose weight, clear your body from toxins, try something new or just simply because it’s cool?
When – would you like to start – remember the correct answer is ASAP
Where – are you now with your experience? Have you ever tried to do it by yourself? What was the result?
What – do you normally eat? What would you be able to resign from and for how long? What is your health condition?
Who – is going to help you/motivate you?

How – much time do you want to invest in it? Are you able to make some permanent changes in your life?
 
Trust me, everything is possible, and YOU can do it, and you will do it well!!!All you need to do is to be well prepared for this challenge.
