About Me

What does the tittle mean?
The title means bread and water (from Latin).

Why did you name it like that?
We humans, as being part of animals chain need to eat to live - mostly on a daily basics we consume bread and water.
Saying that, we all are aware, that there is something more about us that just a survival instinct.
We, as only species on this planet have ability to ask ourselves existence questions like - Why am I here?
There are many answers to it, as we have different beliefs, but there is one common thing we all share together - we are aware, that there is more in us than just a physical body.
We are aware of our existence, some call it a subconsciousness and some call it a soul.
Saying that, we need to feed our minds (souls) as we feed our bodies, but the difference is, that our minds need different type of food.
This food is as essential for our minds as bread and water for our physical bodies, but what we need to feed them of is a life experience full of emotional package.
So, by naming my blog pane et aqua I wanted to point out, that in my blog I will be talking about those both aspects of our existence, as to be healthy and live happily we cannot cure only just one of them.
