So, to continue our subject, what kind of diets am I talking about?
Well, if you want a quick diet with quick results I bet you do Mono Diet (1 ingredient diet) or Low Calories Diet or you do lots of Exercises.
Mono Diet (protein, cabbage,...,) PROS:
We loose weight quickly, food is easy to prepare, last (I hope) around 2 weeks and then 2-3 kilos less, happy you...
Mono Diet (protein, cabbage,...,) CONS:
Because those diets are quite strict, our bodies don't receive enough vitamins, minerals, etc...they need, so quess from where we get them?
Yes, from our bodies, like calcium from our teeth and bones, etc...
But if you still want to try it, please makes sure you add some vitamins and minerals to your diet to reduce amount of side effects.
Low Calorie Diet CONS:
As we know, water is a basic ingredient of the fat, so once we start that kind of diet, our bodies will use our stored fat to deliver energy to our cells, but to be able to do that fat needs go through some chemicals reactions - what happens to the water once is separated from the fat? Our bodies simply get rid of excess of it.
So when we loose weight (sounds great) we actually dehydrating our bodies - which doesn't sound so much fun anymore, and we women know what happens to our skins they when dry too much...
Additionally we may also suffer from headaches and other pains in our bodies.
Low Calories diet PROS:
If we do it periodically and for a short time it helps us loose weight and detox our bodies (try 5:2 diet created by US doctors)
Exercises PROS:
Well obviously we will loose weight by popping into a gym systematically - and I am not gonna say anything new, but what is important, specially for ones to whom exercise is something new, you should keep increasing tension of exercises systematically, so that will give your bodies time to get used to physical effort.
Exercise CONS:
Remember that if you are quite "round" you are probably aware, that your level of cholesterol is higher than normal.
We all know where our "lovely" cholesterol collects itself (surrounding our internal organs and inside our veins, because why not?), so once cholesterol cells are being detached (dangerous when inside our veins) they might cause quite a big mess which actually can lead us to stroke, so lowering cholesterol is like a must before starting harsh exercises regime.
So I encourage you to go to Weight Loos Camp - (there are doctors there to help you monitor your health) or if you want to do it by yourself do it slowly, start from walking, swimming maybe bicycling...
All of those information are guidance for you, as you are only one who knows your body best, so keep observing you and if anything disturbing happens always seek for a doctor's advice.

Before you start any diet, you should "SPRING CLEAN" your body from inside.
Sounds ridiculous?... Well after my explanation you will understand what am I talking about.
As I am a huge fun of pictures (cause of huge imagination) I would like you to imagine looking at your car... how often do you clean it from crumbs, washing your carpets, emptying side pockets???
And which is more important, how often you put a bad quality of fuel to your tank or use second hand oils?
We all know, that our cars will last quite a long time with rubbish on seats or under our feet,..., but once we put wrong fuel or our oil will run out and we won't replace it on time, it will cost you a fortune to fix it, not mentioning that sometimes we will need to replace some parts...
And now, we should put our hands close to hearts and be completely honest - how many rubbish food do we feed our bodies every day?
Do we have our bowel movements every 24-36 hours (I mean number 2)? I bet not all of us.
Now, please remind yourself the time you were too lazy to take out kitchen's rubbish for few days until it smelled really funny.
By still having this picture in your mind add temperature to 36.6 C / 97.88 F (temperature of our bodies) and then think how many times your bowel didn't move so frequently...
Where do you think this undigested food still is?
Yes, you're right!!!!
But what if my gut is clean?
You might be right, so to make sure, please read below and see if this sounds familiar?
- abdominal flatulence
- constipation
- black coating on the teeth
- grey, white or yellow tarnish on the tongue
- appearance of freckles (and you're not ginger), hanging warts
So, having you convinced of importance of "spring cleaning" our bodies, I invite you to do something about it.
So how we can do it?
First of all please focus on cleaning your large intestine (kitchen rubbish).
Ok, but how to do it?
Well, we can do lavement by yourself at home or going to specialist (beauty clinic), which would be the fastest way, but I am more fun of doing it more slowly by using herbals or special mixtures, as this will help us to create new healthy habit.
- So, you can drink seaweed on a daily basics ( not so tasty, so I recommend you to add it to juice)
- You can also start drinking (best for breakfast) linseed - I buy it in grains and then grain it by myself, as when you buy at stores, it's already fat free (good fat). I simply use 2 spoons mixed with boiled water, additionally I add some fruits and pinch of sea-salt to make it more tasty
- Dried prunes are good ones as well, you just simply take 10 of them in the evening, add boiling water, then in the morning you eat fruits and drink all the water. You repeat it twice a day for 10 days.
TIP:
REMEMBER TO READ INGREDIENTS TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ARTIFICIALS OR PRESERVATIVES (if you see E run!!!)
Some of you might have tried already hundreds of diets and still went back to "old themselves", and why is that happening?
Sometimes we cannot loose weight, because we are not letting ourselves to do so, once we are used to our appearance (in our minds), to change it would require from us to change our believes about ourselves, and to change our believes would require from us to answer to the main question:
Why am I not letting myself to be healthy and look good???
